  • 1 cup H2coco Pineapple Coconut Water
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup pineapple
  • ½ cup ice cubes


Blend all your ingredients until it reaches a smooth consistency and enjoy!

  • 1 cup fresh kale
